One of the places I love in Tokyo is Shinjuku Gyoen.

The Gingko Lane. It’s going to be soooo amazing here in November – smelly but picture perfect.

Springtime 2013– it looks even more amazeballs, doesn’t it?

Adults pay 200. Children under 6 are free. 50 for 7 to 15 years old. 16 is the magic number for all things here. I wonder about liquor and gambling but it’s too early to worry about that.

After the garden, a quick stop at Ken’s Cafe is recommended. They only have one product (I think)

They suggest 3 ways to eat this beauty. Heated (so it’s like lava cake), Cold (so it’s like nama chocolate), And room temperature which is somewhere in between. We ate this with cold milk!
